Our Full Retained Executive Search Service provides the hiring manager with only fully qualified and interested candidates.

Our clients tell us that we are great listeners and this is the main ingredient in our recruiting process. We believe in open communication, and look for the smallest of details.  We believe that discovery questions and answers about the position and candidate, as well as probing discussions (anytime at your request), are essential to bringing you the most positive results.  We will never rush you.

We then move on to our internal 6 Step Procedure: including extensive research, contact with industry leaders and candidates. We have the proven know-how to find the ideal candidates, screening and re-screening and background checking. We then present the ideal candidates to you for your review.

After the interviews and the candidate has been chosen, we do deeper investigation for both sides to ensure it is a good fit. We arrange the salary negotiations so that it is a win-win for both sides. We help HR with the interviewing (as needed), on-boarding and follow-up, checking in consistently with both the hiring manager and the new employee and make sure that the fit continues to be right.

This process usually takes about three to 6 months: 6 – 12 weeks before the hire and 6-12 afterwards. Sometimes we get lucky and find that all of this can be completed sooner.

We guarantee to present you with at least 3 qualified and interested candidates. guarantee our work for 90 days post hire and if, due to our mismatch, the employee does not stay 90 days, we will replace them.
